Return Eligibility

Custom Orders
Custom-made items are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please contact us to discuss any concerns about custom orders.
Return Process

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
